BOARDING KENNELS

A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit will be required for bookings.

All deposits will be deducted from the final bill, at the end of the dog's stay, but will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

As an existing customer, you can log in, book and pay your deposit online.
Your booking will not be received by us unless a deposit has been paid.

Username - your surname or email address
Password - your unique customer ID number

If you know we have two surnames on our system for you, please enter both e.g.:  Smith/Johns or Johns/Smith.  Please try both ways round.

You can find your customer ID number in the subject of all booking emails from us, it's the 1-4 digit number in brackets. Any queries or issues with the log in, please email us your date request instead and let us know what issue you encountered - bookings@archwaykennels.co.uk

If the system notifies you that it’s exceeded maximum % booking, this means that we’re getting full for the dates you’ve chosen, so please give us a call or send an email to check availability.  This is to prevent us from over-booking kennels.

PLEASE NOTE: Dogs must be fully up to date with all vaccinations, including the kennel cough vaccination. Vaccination cards must be shown when dropping the dog off.

Please do not use the online system to change or extend existing bookings; send us an email instead.

Please note before booking: we are unable to refund or transfer deposits for bookings that have been cancelled/changed due to the coronavirus.
